Wendy Ritenour – REALTOR®
Wendy Ritenour was recently recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for 2024 by the Westmoreland West Realtors Association. She specializes in residential, commercial, and land sales, bringing a unique combination of business expertise and real estate knowledge to every transaction.
With a degree in Business Science Management and over 17 years of experience in resort management and real estate development, Wendy has been deeply involved in major projects. During her tenure at Hidden Valley Resort, she played a key role in the completion of $22 million in new construction, overseeing all aspects of the build-out.
A lifelong resident of the Laurel Highlands, Wendy attended Saint Francis University and completed an internship at Walt Disney World Resort before beginning her real estate career. After earning her license in 2000, she quickly developed a strong interest in construction, launching a joint venture with investors to form The Alchemy Group in 2005.
Wendy began her real estate career at Hidden Valley Resort and later joined Hanna Realty, where she has built lasting client relationships with buyers and sellers across Westmoreland, Cambria, and Somerset Counties.
She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Westmoreland West Association of Realtors (WWOAR), West Penn Multi-List, and Zillow.
